Functional cookies
Cookie Policy
C.O.M.P.A.S.S. currently uses cookies and similar browser storage only where needed to provide the service, keep users signed in, protect forms and maintain application security. We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or optional analytics cookies.

1. Do we need a cookie banner?
Because the service currently uses only strictly necessary functional cookies, we do not ask users to accept or reject optional cookie categories. These cookies are required to deliver the service explicitly requested by the user, such as logging in, submitting forms and keeping a secure session. If we add analytics, marketing or other optional cookies later, we should add a consent mechanism before those cookies are set.

3. What we do not use cookies for
- We do not currently use cookies for advertising.
- We do not currently use cookies for behavioural profiling.
- We do not currently use optional analytics cookies.
- We do not currently sell cookie-based data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
Some service providers, such as payment or authentication providers, may set their own cookies when users are redirected to their services or interact with embedded third-party functionality. Those cookies are governed by the relevant provider's own policies. C.O.M.P.A.S.S. should not place optional third-party cookies on this website before a valid consent mechanism is available.
5. Managing cookies
Users can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, form submission, MFA verification, subscription management or other application features from working correctly.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, preference, marketing or other non-essential cookies, this policy should be updated and a consent mechanism should be introduced before those cookies are used.
